It's my hubby's birthday and it is so hot and humid here in FL that makes one lazy to cook. So instead I had some take-out from one famous hole-in-wall Greek foodstop. Their Gyros and spanakopita are simply to die for and when I mentioned it to my beloved hubby all he can say is perfect.....
